Allison Transmission Warranty Conditions

Allison Transmission offers a standard limited warranty that covers a period of 2 years or 5,000 working hours from the date of use, whichever comes first. Allison explicitly states that its transmissions cannot be used for military purposes, meaning they cannot be installed on military vehicles equipped with guns and artillery. Warranty services are temporarily not provided in Russia.

To be eligible for a warranty beyond the scope of the standard limited warranty, the use of Allison-approved TES 668® or TES 295® transmission fluids and genuine Allison filters is required. Failure to use these approved products will result in the loss of warranty coverage beyond the standard limited warranty.

In addition to the standard limited warranty, Allison transmissions can also be covered by an extended warranty. The terms and conditions of the extended warranty are printed on the back of the “Extended Warranty Agreement Registration Form,” which can be obtained from any authorized Allison distributor or dealer.

Allison provides a two-year, unlimited mileage global service protection, and this warranty period can be extended through the 2-Year Extended Coverage (EC) program.
