Company Introduction

Q1: Can you introduce about yourself and your company?
our company business is drilling service;Our company target is to get a good business client,so we can make more money. Yes.
Q2: What are the main materials of the company?
we are using drill pipes, drill bits, about downhole equipments,we don’t manufacture.

Supply Chain System

Q3: Which country do you usually sourceyour raw materials from?
Australia and China, some from Canada and America; from branch first, from reference from corporate, and then we can find it from online also.
Q4: What are the difficulties in workingwith Chinese suppliers?
so far okay, sometimes I have a problem with English, communication problem, for product, I think all good it depends on what you want to look for the pricing.

Cooperation with EMAC

Q5: How about your experience of dealing with EMAC?
So far okay,Only maybe payment,Can we have a credit for one month after all it is good, service are all good.
Q6: Do you have any suggestions to EMAC?
my original engine is from Canada and America, but after that, after we replace it from yours, so it’s(engines from CAN & USA) the same like yours already
Q7: Are you willing to introduce EMAC to your friends or your partners?
Yeah, of course, why not? at that time, Because you respond fastly and then the engine was good to be use, and also the prices at that time was good, service are all good .
Q8:What’s your experience of products supplied by EMAC?
but like what Karen said before, There is no major issue that can be said until now, the one that we bought from EMAC, so, I think until now there is no issue, that’s a good thing. as long as the prices is good and stock available.

Cooperation Prospect

Q9:What’s your future expectation of cooperation with EMAC? and maybe one day you can open your office or representative in Indonesia so we can buy it locally, because import duties, for everything is very expensive. because it’s already been 10 years, More than 10 years, so we hope in the future EMAC can open a branch in Indonesia, so we can purchase it locally, so maybe cheaper and faster, or maybe you can move your manufacturing closer to Indonesia, maybe to Thailand or Singapore. Specially to support, the customers in Indonesia, alright?
