Company Introduction
Q1: Can you introduce about yourself and your company?
I have been working here as sourcing manager about the company initially we started just a
agriculture business only just doing the service and 1993.
we entered into the aviation product and we were supplying most of our
products to East Malaysia here Malaysia and also the Thailand Singapore and Dubai, and also Indonesia we are doing only focusing on our business here only Asia and Asian market we focus.
Q2:what’s the main business of your company?
yeah,as I said, it is ground support equipment basically the ground support equipment is used for
all kinds of aircrafts ,it is used in the aviation industry only
we are focusing only for aviation industry.
Q3:what’s your company’s positioning?
we cannot say only the base price or only the quality. when we compete with our competitors
we supposed to be with good quality and also the best price the main thing is support
so we are focusing on all of three.
Q4: what materials do you mainly need for production?
it is like that we can consider its automotive the engine is a major prime mover
we have a different equipment , so in the power unit the alternator is involved so alternator
and then most of the fabrication. we do the design inside and then we do the fabrication local
and mostly we are importing. previously we were importing the engine from German
and also US, Cummins US engine also used since we have engaged with the aviation industry
so most of our products we import from US .
Supply Chain System
Q5:where do you find your suppliers?
Through internet and also we find right now.we have entered into the EV vehicles, so mostly for EV vehicles. The lithium battery and the BMS system everything right now, we purchase from China.
Q6:When do you start doing business with Chinese supplier?
Actually be quite around more than ten years before started to use the Chinese supply product here and so we are distributing the Weihai product also
so we were supplying their product also somehow
we wanted to produce our own equipment also the specific equipment.
Q7:How did you find EMAC contact information?
so we started back to develop our own equipment right now almost last five years
we are supplying our own produced equipment.
okay, Initally I was using the Comming USA engine, but the delivery is quite long
that’s why I wanted to use the Cummins the equivalent model
so when I was checking in the website there were plenty of suppliers
they were supplying the Cummins engine
but I wanted to find the right supplier then only I came to know that in the website also
EMAC group and as they then only I contact Jasper.
Cooperation with EMAC
C:we came to know that EMAC is authorized distributor for the cummins engine that is the firstyou are helpful for us then the support from EMAC.is that when we do the designing and all everythingwe need a 3D drawing then only can make a perfect design, so we got a good support and also when we compete with our competitor we supposed to give a better price
so the pricing also very good that’s why.
Q9:What’s your suggestion to EMAC?
have deal with several suppliers ,but I do not have any issues with EMAC
I have not find anything,if you keep on giving you a support like this
it is okay ,for us to see that is our solution.
Cooperation Prospect
yes, of course definitely because the problem is finding a right supplier is quite difficult
so I find you are the right supplier for the Cummins product
so why not if I find someone is interested to use a Cummins engine
I definitely I will introduce you, it is easy and in China Dongfeng Cummins
most of them, they will not speak English
so we cannot contact them directly and also their business is not directly they will do business only for domestic market
I think they are not doing for international market , so you are doing for international market
why not, definitely I will support you. I can introduce to my friends also.
Q11:Do you have plans to expand cooperation with EMAC ?
previously I was thinking that you are
supplying only the engines
today only I came to know that you are
doing the transmission
and other products also
what we are purchasing from other supplier
and nowadays most of our
customer are planning to use EV, vehicle, right
so the lithium battery and BMS and axle
traction motor and everything
and you are also giving us some solution so definitely
we can expand our business with you

Q12:J: what do you want to tell EMAC’s potential customer?
EMAC is good and then they are giving good support
so that only the as customer I would feel like that only
only the support point of view and then
the price wise on the equipment and everything
so for EMAC is good
Q13: how do you feel about trust?
you have the word is also you have given

it is not like a word only you are doing it
